The house is situated in a small mountain town near Kostenets and the railway leading to Sofia. It is on the outskirts of the town and is part of a closed type complex consisting of 64 family houses. The house is on to stories designed for one family. It has total living area of 96 sq m and a yard of 120 sq m. Unfortunately the yard is not private or gated. The house consists of first floor - lounge, living room with dining area and a separate bright kitchen box, WC, closet, fitted closed fireplace. The second floor has two bedrooms - each with private bathroom. The floorings are with terracotta and laminate. The window joineries are German made, isolation. The price also includes the furniture. The complex has security and two open air swimming pools.
The house is 30 km to the east of Samokov. It is situated in the town of Dolna banya (South-West Bulgaria, Sofia District). It is the center of the municipality. Dolna Banya is a spa resort town with mineral water. The recreation campus is 5 km to the south, with many recreation facilities and children camps.
