This is a solid, brick house, located in a picturesque village near the border with Serbia. The village lies within 50 km northwest from the capital Sofia.
The house was built with the aim to be used for vacation. It consists of living room with kitchen on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Along the entire length of the second floor there is a terrace in front and another behind. The total living area is 60 sq m.
The house is completely plastered. It is supplied with water and electricity. Behind the building there is a utility room and an outer toilet. The yard needs cleaning and landscaping. The size of the plot is 1500 sq m.
The area is quiet and clean, with beautiful hilly nature.
