We are selling a house located in a quiet part of the town of Kocherinovo, on an asphalted road. The town lies at the foot of the Rila Mountain, just 10 km from Blagoevgrad and 25 km from the Rila Monastery. The house has three floors:
Ground floor (basement) - three large rooms which are suitable for a tavern a cellar, warehouses or whatever purpose is convenient. There is also a smaller room suitable for a boiler room.
First floor - bedroom, hallway, a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and terraces.
Second floor - bedroom, hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and terraces overlooking the Rila and Pirin mountains.
Third floor (attic) - bedroom with unique view of the Rila and Pirin mountains and an attic room.
Besides the house, the yard also has a summer kitchen and a shed under which you can enjoy fresh air and drinks, additional farm buildings, a garage with a large terrace above it, parking for up to 2 cars.
The garden is beautiful. It includes many fruit trees (Apples, Apricots, Prunes, Walnuts). There are also strawberries and raspberries. In the spring you can enjoy the aroma of Roses, Hyacinths, Tulips, Peonies and Daffodils that surround almost the entire house.
The house needs refreshing.
