For sale isa house with a yard in the beautiful mountain town of Gabrovo, in Aprilovo quarter, just above the famous Etara area. The property is close to a church and the community center.
The house needs cleaning and some refreshing renovations, but the overall condition although is good. The yard needs maintenance as well. One of the walls on the ground floor is insulated. There are two floors in total. The layout inside is as follows:
