This is a cheap, countryside house located at the outskirts of Varna City. The house is set to the north-east from the center of the city and reveals amazing panorama over Varna and the sea.
The property is connected to water and electricity, but there is no sewer yet. The house is equipped with a septic tank. It is 800 meters from the bread bakery. According to the project the new highway will be at 600 meters away.
