We bring to you this lovely house located in Varna district. The property is situated in a cozy village, about 50 km from Varna and the sea. It is built on a busy street with occupied neighboring houses.
The house is on two floors and can be used by two families. It was built in year 1982 and has an area of 100 sq m per floor. The first floor has two entrances, a corridor, two rooms, kitchen, toilet and closet. There is also a garage. The second one consists of an entrance from an external staircase (there is also an internal one), an entrance hall, three large rooms, kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The house has central heating. The roof was repaired recently.
In the yard, there are additional outbuildings suitable to be made into a winter garden and barbecue. The garden is very well maintained.
