The house is located in a mountain village in Samokov district, in a very convenient location - only 1 hour from Sofia, 10 minutes from Samokov, 5 minutes from Sapareva Banya and 15 minutes from Dupnitsa. The village has regular and convenient bus transportation that connects it to the other settlements.
The settlement lies in between Rila and Verila mountains where the nature is unique and the air is fresh. Nearby goes the popular mountain route through the four mountains Vitosha, Rila, Verila and Pirin. The climate here is characterized by cold winter and warm summer. The fall is warmer than the spring.
The house has a completely new roof. It is two-storey. On the first floor there are 4 rooms and a bathroom with toilet. Two of the rooms have new windows and air conditioners equipped. The second floor has the same distribution. The building also has a large basement.
The house is connected to an old sewer (not on a septic tank). Single-phase and three-phase current with separate electricity meters are installed in the property.
There are two yards - a smaller one in front of the house and a larger one behind it. Behind the house there is a large shed suitable for converting it into a workshop, a barbecue or storage.
