We offer you a two-story brick house located in a village, just 12 km from the Hemus highway. It is also 20 km from the city of Pleven and 30 km from the city of Lovech. The village sits in a protected ecologically clean area with centuries-old forests, natural landmarks and eco-trails.
The house is located at the beginning of the village at the entrance from the city of Pleven, on a quiet street with permanent residents, surrounded by greenery, ideal for recreation and relaxation. A small river flows 20 meters from it.
The house has two floors, the first is on the ground floor, so it is cool in summer and warm in winter. It consists of one large room and one smaller one, as well as a closet. The second floor consists of an entrance hall, corridor, kitchen and two bedrooms. There is also an attic. The house needs repairs/renovation. The bathroom is external, but there is also space for an internal one.
The garden is 800 sq m in size. In the yard there is a large two-story barn and few additional buildings. There is a well with drinking water.
