The house is located in a picturesque village, part of Burgas municipality. It is set in the valley of the Luda Kamchia River in the Eastern Stara Planina Mountains.
The house was built in year 1986. It is a solid, brick building, fully furnished, suitable for both - a family villa and a guesthouse. It has the following distribution inside:
First floor - kitchen with living room, bedroom, bathroom with toilet, storage, internal staircase. Second floor - living room, three bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, three terraces. There is also an attic space of 90 sq m.
In the yard, there is an additional building which consists of a storage, premise with a fireplace, suitable for tavern. There is also a garage, solid shed with the possibility of parking for 2 cars.
The proximity to the river (Luda Kamchiya - 150 m) and the mountain (Eastern Stara Planina - 300 m) creates wonderful conditions for hunting, fishing and eco-tourism.
