Very unexpected but really nice is the area disposed on the ground level of the house. It is a room about 30 sq. m big again solved in wood and stone style which is ideal for meeting friends , gathering the family or just enjoying evenings infront of a fire place. This fireplace was made to be suitable to prepare meat delicacies.

The whole house is perfectly arranged and has everything for a comfortable living - cable tv is connected , alarm system is available, flat screen TV , DVD , Music system. Every room is equipped with an airconditioner .

The house is perfectly insulated from inside and outside - this keeps the place warm in the winter abd cool in the summer. The facade of the house is boarded with wood.
