Bulgarian Telecommunications Company owned by AIG insurer informed that will invest 110 million EUR in 2008. The sum will be used for improvement of its services and expand of the broadband network, Reuters informed. BTC Chief Executive Officer Bernard Moscheni told media that the company will invest a 20% share of the total revenue of BTC in upgrading the network and services. Arena cinema, Bulgaria’s largest cinema operator, signed long-term contracts with Bulgaria Mall in Sofia and Grand Mall in Varna, as a part of its national expansion strategy, the company said in a statement. The transaction envisages the construction of an eight-hall 2 500-sq m Arena cinema complex, seatting 1 200 people, on the entertainment floor of each of the two commercial centres. The halls will feature high-class digital projectors and audio systems, central air conditioning with microprocessor and remote control.
