Development plots of land for sale on the highway on the exit of Sofia

These are three investment lands for sale located at the eastern exit from Sofia, two of which are right on the highway leading to Plovdiv.

The properties present great investment possibilities due to their very favorable location on the main artery leading out of the Bulgarian capital. Two of the plots are situated on the left and right sides of Trakiya highway just few km away from the entrance of the city and the third one is 2 km south from it - also facing a main road which leads to one of the nearby villages. The plot sizes are as fallows: 2899 sq m, 1500 sq m and 3000 sq m. After changing their status into regulation, the parcels would become perfect for constructing gas stations, vehicle repairs, storages, or any other commercial facilities. These lands are great for investment due to the large amounts of traffic passing through each day.

The plots can be sold separately or all together. The price for each parcel is 90 euro per sq m.
