The house is located in a peaceful village in Dolni Chiflik Municipality, Varna district. It is about 40 km from the famous sea resort of Byala, 29 km from Dolni Chiflik and 60 km from Varna.
It is a beautiful village set amongst forests, mountains, with fresh air and clean nature. It is a quiet place, no noise from cars, airplanes etc. It is literally a holiday resort.
The house is brick construction, in very good condition. Inside it is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There is electricity and water. The house consists of three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the basement there is another room, a corridor and a bathroom.
The property is built on a plot of land with size 3000 sq m. In it there is a greenhouse, additional farm buildings, a large barn, a 40 sq m shed. There are all kinds of fruits: cherries, apples, pears, plums, peaches, apricots, strawberries, grapes and more.
The house is at the end of the village.
