The house is located in a picturesque village about 20km away from Varna and near the sea resorts of Kranevo and Albena.
The village has regular transport links to and from Varna. It includes two shops, children playgrounds, restaurant and bar. The settlement is small, but has all the amenities for permanent living. The close vicinity to the city and the resorts makes it even more attractive.
The house has two floors and a total living area of 150 sq m. It is a three-bedroom house with the following distribution inside:
- First floor - one bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub, laundry room, closet and a living room. The staircase to the second floor is internal.
- Second floor - two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room that leads to a large terrace.
The garden is beautiful. In includes fruit trees, an additional outbuilding that is used for a summer kitchen and a parking space. The house has a nice view of the sea and the surroundings of the village.
