Authentic centuries old house for sale close Haskovo

The offered house is one of the first built in the village. It is the oldest one, preserved in its authentic style without any repairs on it.

The house is built of stone masonry, having two floors and a total living area of 110 sq m. On the first floor there is a lounge (basement), on the second floor there are three large rooms. In one of which there is a solid, authentic stone oven for baking lambs.

The property also includes a stone barn. The yard is terraced on three levels. The fence is made of stone (dry building). The total plot area is 900 sq m.

The house has irrigational water, drinking water and electricity. It is located in the western part of the village under the Aida peak, 3 km from the Mineral Baths and 23 km from Haskovo.

The year of construction is approximately 1900.
