This is a residential building with act 16 situated in the Sarafovo quarter of Bourgas. The building consists of four residential floors and offers different sorts of apartments which vary in size and type. The complex includes studios and one bedroom type apartments finished "on key" stage with living area from 50 sq m to 70.71 sq m. The building is situated in a very communicative area with all amenities in proximity to all attractions and around 400 sq m from the sea.
Sarafovo is a place of unspoiled beauty. Its population counts over 3000, including the foreigners who chose Bulgaria for their home. At present Sarafovo is a quarter of Burgas- the 5th largest town of Bulgaria, administrative, commercial, tourist and cultural center. Sarafovo has gained attractiveness as a resort because of its unique characteristics: Wide beach, about 4 km long, covered with fine sands, almost black at places. The sea water temperature is higher than the other resorts because of its situation in the Burgas Bay. This increases the opportunity for a longer tourist season- until late October, when water is still warm and nice for swimming.
