The complex is situated very close to Sunny beach, between St. Vlas and Elenite resort, at the front line of the sea, next to the sandy beach.
The complex is divided onto two parts, connected with each other under the ground.
The first one, Block B, is built into the rock, accessing the sandy beach, and the second one, Block A, - is next to the adjacent hotel building with connection to the road. Both blocks have amazing sea view.
Block B has 5 floors with 38 apartments, each with direct access to the sandy beach, 37 apartments are already sold. There is only one studio available for sale.
Block A has 5 floors with 23 apartments. The hotel part consist 25 double rooms and 3 apartments type maisonettes. There are only 5 two-bedroom apartments available for sale.
All the apartments are fully furnished and equipped.
There is a perfect view of the whole Nessebar gulf, old and new town of Nessebar from each apartment and room.

Fee for maintenance of common areas - € 8.40 per m2 without VAT. For payment for three years in advance the price is € 7.40 per m2 without VAT.
