The house is located 10 km north of Varna, near the famous resorts of Albena and the Golden Sands.
The house was built according to an individual architectural project in the traditional style of the Bulgarian Revival. It is decorated with natural wood and natural stone. The roof is made of natural tiles. The parking lot and the terraces are paved with granite tiles.
The house is on three floors with balconies on each floor. All floors are connected via external and internal stairs. The internal staircase is lined with natural marble.
Ground floor:
- Living room with fireplace lined with natural stone. There is a table for 8 people, chairs, chest of drawers, console, large mirror. There is also a kitchen, also made according to an individual project. It is equipped with built-in appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. The living room and the kitchen have an area of 45 sq m.
- Guest toilet;
- Guest bedroom with an area of 15 sq m.
- Separate bathroom with an area of 5 square meters;
- Finnish sauna with relaxation room and shower cabin with an area of 13 sq m;
- Service room with washing machine.
- The living room opens into the garden and a large covered terrace with an area of 37 square meters. On the terrace there is a barbecue made of natural stone, and a kitchen, fully equipped with appliances.
Second floor:
- The second floor consists of three bedrooms, each with an area of 15 sq m, a common living room with an area of 10 sq m and two bathrooms. There is an exit to a terrace with an area of 34 sq m. Both bedrooms have sea views.
Third floor:
- One bedroom with sea view and an area of 17 sq m, a terrace with an area of 19 sq m;
- Cabinet with sea view with an area of 21 sq m. The cabinet has a small kitchen (equipped with stove and refrigerator), dining table, coffee table, large desk, bookcase, leather sofa and leather armchair, chairs with leather upholstery. All furniture is made of solid ash according to an individual project. A fireplace is also installed in the office;
- Living room, with an area of 10 square meters with access to the terrace;
- Service room with a window with an area of 7.5 square meters.
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The plot has many trees and shrubs, ornamental beds with roses and hydrangeas, bulbs, lavender and other herbaceous plants. There is also a greenhouse - 24 sq m, a vineyard of 60 sq m, an orchard with 25 fruit trees - cherries, apricots, pears, apples, peaches, nectarines, persimmon, plums, figs, pomegranate, quince, dogwood.
