The house was built in accordance to a standard project more than 60 years ago. The village is located at an altitude of 763 m above the sea level. The summer is cool and fresh, the winter is snowy and beautiful!
This is a typical Samokov house with trimmer joists, ground floor and a residential floor. The ground floor is made of stones, the above floor is brick. The ground floor has a tavern with a fireplace and a kitchenette. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a bathroom and a toilet.
The house is completely renovated - new windows and shutters, gutters, the roof was repaired 7 years ago - solid and reliable.
The yard is 300 sq m, neat and tidy. It includes several wooden sheds, a summer room, outside toilet, an old furnace. Behind the house there is a shed (50 sq m) with a barbecue and a bar counter!
The village is located in a very nice and communicative place, with year-round access via a main road. It is at the foot of the majestic Rila Mountain, on the banks of the largest Bulgarian river – Maritsa. The village is only 11 km from the resort of Borovets, Dolna Banya (5 km), Kostenets (12 km), Iskar reservoir (25 km), Samokov (22 km), Sofia (85 km), Plovdiv (115 km), Bansko (127 km).
