Revamp Of Culture House In Plovdiv Starts April 7 05/04/2008
Repairs and revamp of the Trade Unions' Culture House in Bulgaria's second largest city Plovdiv and its re-purposing into an arts centre will start on April 7, the consortium that will carry out the works said on April 4, as quoted by investor.bg. The official launch of the project will set out with a presentation of the architectural and building design in Saint Petersburg Park-hotel. The consortium comprising Greek developer Aktor and its Bulgarian subsidiary won the tender under the Public Procurement Act at the end of last year.
