This brick built one storey house is situated in the town of Gramada, some 32 km away from Vidin. It is a spacious and well preserved building with four rooms, a corridor and a basement. There is an additional premise in the house provided for a bathroom which is not finished. WC is outside.
The whole living area is 72 sq.m. Running water and electricity are available. The house looks good outside but it needs some repairs and our local workers would help you for the renovation. It could be easily turned into a beautiful house for living as it has been recently inhabited.
The 1000 sq m yard is well maintained with some fruit trees and a cultivated garden. There is enough space for a garage to be built. A second larger gate is available for a car entrance. The estate is approachable through an asphalt road.
Gramada is a small town but well supplied. There are all necessary amenities like shops, restaurants, cafes, a post office, a school and medical service. The town has even its own urban transport. It is far away from the sea but there are possibilities for tourism in the western parts of the Stara Planina Mountain.
Here are the famous rocks of Belogradchik shaped in amazing figures. River Danube is a fishing area with beautiful landscapes. Don’t forget it will take you about half an hour to the two borders with Serbia and Romania.
