The property we suggest you doesn’t need additional investments to become a nice cosy vacation house. It is situated on a quiet village 35 km from the district center of Vidin close to the river Danube. The village is only 2 km from the famous and frequently visited monastery called The Izvorsky Monastery where visitors can be accommodated in the mountain hostel of the monastery. The place is situated right at the food of a mountainous area which occupies several small villages around. It is a tranquil area with good opportunities for hunting and fishing.
The property is easy accessible through asphalt road. It consists of a two storey house, farm buildings and big garden of 1200 sq m. The house offers 76 sq m living area distributed between the two floors. Downstairs there is a vestibule, a living room and storage. External staircase leads to the second floor with three bedrooms. Running water and electricity are available and telephone line could be installed upon request. The house needs inner bathroom and toilet and we have local experienced workers that could help you in making the house just the way you like it.
