The place is situated right at the food of a mountainous area which occupies several small villages around. It is a tranquil area with good opportunities for hunting and fishing.

The property is easy accessible through asphalt road. It consists of a two storey house, farm buildings and big garden of 1200 sq m. The house offers 76 sq m living area distributed between the two floors. Downstairs there is a vestibule, a living room and storage. External staircase leads to the second floor with three bedrooms.
