The property consists of an unfinished 2 storey house and a plot of 600 sq m land.The house is located in a nice village with beautiful surroundings and just 26 km from the famous Sea Resort of Tzarevo passing by the beautiful reserve called “Silkosia”. It is approximately the same distance from the Turkish border where you can cross the country and go Turkey for vacations. There are many other reserves in the area and a beautiful monastery as well. The Strandzha Mountain`s nature attracts many people with its green and beautiful nature. The big river of Veleka passes close to the village.
