Without change remain housing prices in the most expensive neighborhoods in Sofia in the last 12 months.
In "Doctor's monument" district, where during the booming market, the value per square meter reached levels similar to those in Berlin and Vienna, from September 2012 till now it remains constant - 1425 EUR/sq.m.
An identical is the situation in Dragalevtsi - a little over 800 €/sq.m. This fall an apartment in Lozenets could be bought for a price of 850 EUR/sq.m.
The trend towards market recovery, albeit at a slow pace, continues. For the past 12 months in 59 of the capital city neighborhoods was seen a slight rise in prices, while decrease has registered in 35.
In neighborhoods like Ivan Vazov, some districts of Lyulin and Nadejda there is rise to 7% in prices. Strong decline (-13%) is observed in Krasna Polyana district.
