The house is located in the center of a picturesque Bulgarian village just 5km from the town of Levski. The republican road Sofia-Pleven-Ruse goes by only a kilometer away from the village. The road is maintained all year round, which makes access easy at any time. The house stands on an asphalted street with built sewerage system.
The property has its own water supply from a well with a pump, which is full all year round. The huge flat yard has an area of 3000 sq m. The house has two floors:
First floor - living room with kitchen, large renovated bathroom with a toilet. An internal staircase is leading to the second floor with a corridor, another bathroom and 4 bedrooms.
