The vacation home is located in a cottage area in the vicinity to the city of Pleven. There is a dirt road leading right to it, but you can park next to the railway line and walk to where the bus stop is.
The house is in good condition for its age. Its total living area is 20 sq m and the size of the garden is 800 sq m. The yard is 45-46 meters long and about 18-19 meters wide. The property has neighbors just nearby who live there year round. The place is quiet and peaceful - perfect for rest and relaxation on the weekends or just to have a drink in the evening after a hard day's work.
The building has been renovated having new paneling, talum floors, styrofoam boards on the ceiling. The construction is brick.
