We are offering you for sale a traditional Bulgarian house located in the Troyan Balkan. The house is 14 km from the town of Troyan and 8 km from the famous Apriltzi.
The total living area of the house is 102 sq m. It comes with a yard with size 554 sq m. On the first floor, there is one room and on the second - two rooms and a closet. The roof was completely replace and there are new wooden window joineries. New concrete columns were added to the structure. The renovation of the house is not yet completed and it needs more work. The two floors were connected with external staircase, but now it does not exist and needs a new one. A new inside bathroom was started, but has not been completed.
The house has some authentic elements preserved - two stone fireplaces, two authentic wooden columns, the attic and the verandah on the second floor. The yard is fenced by an old stone wall.
