We are offering you for sale a traditional Bulgarian house located in the Troyan Balkan. The house is 14 km from the town of Troyan and 8 km from the famous Apriltzi.

The total living area of ​​the house is 102 sq m. It comes with a yard with size 554 sq m. On the first floor, there is one room and on the second - two rooms and a closet. The roof was completely replace and there are new wooden window joineries. New concrete columns were added to the structure. The renovation of the house is not yet completed and it needs more work.
