This property is located in a small town in north-east Bulgaria part of Razgrad district. It lies at a distance of 36 km south of town of Razgrad and 30 km from Shoumen.
The natural and climatic conditions, as well as the fertile land favor the cultivation of cereals and industrial crops. Growing of vineyards, orchards and vegetables is a traditional means of livelihood in this area.
