Ian and Cathy's house renovation in Bulgaria

Ian and Cathy bought an old house in a wonderful village in Bulgaria. However it appeared too small for them and asked our builders to make it nicer and bigger ! After long discussions with Irena - our experienced designer they decided they will go with a big opened plan ground floor where the kitchen , the dining room and the living room will be. A fussy fire place makes this floor really charming. From the ground floor sliding doors lead to the patio area in the garden.
The second floor consists of two spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.
An internal staircase leads to the last floor , which will be constructed now.
The living area there is distributed between two bedrooms and a bathroom again.
Cathy and Ian chose the shape of the roof to match its original look and the other houses in the village as well.

The garden area is a significant part of the project. Four different levels will be created in order to make it nice and tidy!
