Largest Increase Of Russian Tourists For Bulgaria's Golden Sand

Zlatni Pyasatsi Ltd, the manager of Zlatni Pyasatsi (Golden Sands) resort recoreded an increase of Russian tourists four times larger than the average growth for Bulgaria.

The increase is 38 per cent when compared to 2006, representatives from the resort's news room said as quoted by Dnevnik daily.

The average increase of Russian tourists for the whole country is slightly over ten per cent until August 2007.

The share of German and UK tourism market had relatively decreased but remained well developed because Germans were among the leading nations in travels abroad in the world, together with the Britons.

Scandinavian tourists mainly presented by Norwegians and Swedes also increased in numbers.
