Incomes In Bulgaria Continue To Grow, Slowly

Slight slowing down of the incomes' growth in the last quarter register the analyzers from Industry Watch. The slowing down is around 5% and is a result of the economic crisis, explains the analyzer Krassen Yotov, cited by BNR.The incomes continue and are expected to continue to grow, but the speed of the grown decreases. For example, a year ago the growth has exceeded 25% annualy while at the moment it doesn't go beyond 10-15%, comment the analyzers. The Industry Watch report presented today, shows that there are significant differences between the regions in Bulgaria: regions with different qualification and age of the population.Sofia has a concentration of services with higher added value and concentration of state administration. Therefore the income growth there is the highest, explained Krassen Yotov. He added that there were still no data about serious shrinkage of consumption, but this could be expected as a result from the cutting of work places.According to the economists the savings of the population are relatively protected.
