3000 acres of farmland included in the regulation

The Council of Ministers authorized the design of a detailed development plan - a plan for regulation and construction of quarter Kraimorie - Burgas and building sites are designed corresponding to the current territorial development plan of Bourgas.

The project provides for the inclusion in the regulation of Burgas on the 3010 acres of farmland, of which 1423 acres and a third category in 1587 acres of the fourth category, of which 1016 acres for municipal needs (for construction areas for landscaping, sports and technical infrastructure, land for schools and kindergartens for the bus for parking on streets, sidewalks, bicycle alleys and green insulation).

Enabling design and construction of this object is in relation to the Law on protection of agricultural lands for the design and construction of projects on agricultural lands from first to fourth category with an area exceeding 100 acres given by the Government Information Service.
