100 Million Euro Invested In Vacation Village Near Bulgarias Razlog

Villa complex Rila View, to be constructed near the town of Razlog, is a development that will see investment of nearly 100 million euro.

This is one of the largest projects to be carried out in the region, Razlog municipality said.

Rila View Village Ltd will execute the project. The company has signed an agreement with Razlog municipality on October 31 2006 and is expected to finish work in five years, investor.bg reported.

The complex is expected to have 190 000 sq m of built-up area. It will include a hotel, residential complex, administrative and public buildings.

Razlog gains more popularity among property investors in the country after several companies and experts from the sector already announced that supply in famous resorts like Bansko exceeds demand.

Kendar Global Properties envisions the construction of apartment complex in the region Kukurevo near Razlog. Bulgaria-UK company MSI Developments also plans to invest 100 million euro in two vacation projects on the territory of Razlog municipality.
