Eu Grants 700,000 Eur To Bulgarian Dupnitza For Project Realizing 01/05/2008
700, 000 EUR will receive Dupnitza Municipality (Southwestern Bulgaria) by EU funds for four projects, money.bg announced. The Dupnitza Municipality prepares four big ecological projects with large influence over the bio - balance recovering in the region. The part of ‘Rila' Park, part of Rila Mountain, which is included in the municipality territory will be recovered by the ‘Let's reach new tourism horizons' project, which is common work with Vraniya Municipality. The cost of the project is 325, 459 BGN (167,730 EUR) as the amount of 291, 253 BGN (145,626 EUR) will be given by European Union and the Bulgarian Regional Development Ministry. Vacation Property Market In Bulgaria Saturated, Better Infrastructure Needed 10/03/2008
Over the past few years, property supply has exceeded demand in Bulgaria’s leading resorts. The vacation property market is reaching its saturation point and a number of resorts already suffer from over-construction and the lack of proper infrastructure, participants in the first Balkan real estate conference BalRec said. In order to attract new clients, resorts should start offering unique projects and better infrastructure condition, investor.bg reported. Vacation property developments in Bulgaria are more prominent than those located in neighbouring counties, conference participants said. The reputation of Bulgaria as a premier country for ski holidays is continuing to grow and investors are starting to take advantage of this by snapping up properties.
