No company formation fee (save 600 euro)

Between 1st July and 30th September 2008 all clients who buy properties with our company will have their 600 euro company formation fee waved.Only now Best BG Properties Ltd. offers a free company registration for foreign buyers who want to buy property in Bulgaria. In order to make the experience of purchasing your vacation or second home abroad we already provide you with a free viewing trip and now we have decided that in order to reduce the cost to the minimum we could discount the 600 euro fee for registering a limited company in Bulgaria.
Although the Bulgarian law is in accordance with the European law the mechanisms for applying it are not working properly yet. In reality foreign citizens are still not allowed to acquire land as physical persons, the option is to register a limited company in Bulgaria with 100% foreign ownership and buy the land trough the company.
The procedure for forming a limited company in Bulgaria changed after the 1st of May 2008 and became much more difficult and slower so it is important to use a proper solicitor. So in order to make it as easier as possible we ask our customers to sign a letter of attorney to our solicitors so they could prepare the necessary documentation and apply for registering the company on their behalf.
