We offer to you a spacious three storey villa under construction situated in friendly village in the attractive Burgas area. The settlement is only 30 km from the seaside and the International Airport which make it excellent for investment. This is the most preferable region in the summer by the foreign families and there are many reasons for this. First of all the beaches are only about 15 minutes away from the village. Some of the most famous sea resorts are situated nearby. The area provides excellent opportunities for fishing, hunting, hiking and even balneotherapy.
