We offer to you a large house perfect for small family hotel. The property is situated in a small but picturesque village only 6 km from the ski resort of Pamporovo in the Rodopi Mountain. The village provides wonderful opportunities for rural tourism; the nature is gorgeous rich in pine woods and rivers. The region is attractive all the year no matter what season is. During the winter you could go skiing and the summer time gives you the chance to go sightseeing, fishing or hunting. Balneotherapy is also available some kilometers away in the spa resort of Devin.
The house is appropriate for a hotel with its four storeys and 16 rooms. There are four rooms, bathroom and toilet at each floor. Running water and electricity are available. There is no telephone line and cable TV but they could be made upon your request. As you can see at the pictures the cottage is not finished and some final piece of work is needed.
The yard of the property is 500 sq.m and allows several garages or additional structures to be build. There is nothing to hesitate about. Just look at the wonderful view that opens out from the windows of the cottage!
