This is a solid traditional house situated in a small quiet village 72 km far from the sea and the International Airport of Burgas /1 hour and 30 min driving/. That peaceful rural area is a perfect place for spending your vacation among quiet unspoiled nature.
The total living area is 100 sq m and it is distributed between six rooms. The outside stairs lead you to the second floor with a small balcony. The house hasn’t been inhabited for a while and renovation is necessary. Running water and electricity are available and the toilet is outside the house. However you could easily have an inner one built by our local workers.
The garden is big spreading over 1200 sq m. It needs some work too.
With little further investments it could become a really nice cosy house. We could do that for you just the way you want it.
