This solid rural house is situated some kilometers south of the well known town of Elhovo in a lovely peaceful area favourable for full relaxation. Being close to the Turkish border and the new border check point of Lesovo makes this village even more attractive for investments. The surrounding area offers good opportunities for fishing and hunting. Furthermore it will take you just about one hour and a half driving to the sea!
This offer gives you a chance to have your own cottage in this peaceful area. The house is two storey with solid stone foundations. 60 sq.m living area are distributed between three rooms. The building is habitable but some little repairs are necessary. Running water and electricity are available in the house but the toilet is outside and a bathroom should be built. Our local workers could do all repairs needed to make the house fit to your taste and requirements.
