Construction Of Mall In Bulgarias Varna To Begin In September 2007 12/03/2008
Construction of Mall-Varna in the coastal city of Varna will start in September 2007, former Mall of Sofia CEO Eli Egozi said. The mall should be completed by September 2009, Bulgarian news agency BTA reported. Mall-Varna will spread on 40 000 sq m and will include office buildings and a hotel, increasing the mall’s total area to 60 000 sq m. Investment in the project is expected to reach 100 million euro. InvestBulgaria Agency awarded Mercury Group, represented by Egozi, a first class investor certificate for the investment in the project Bulgaria Mall. The mall will be constructed in Sofia on 25 000 sq m area. more
