This property is located in a village just 18 km from the town of Kavarna on the very sea coast. The area is rich of historical monuments. Only 2 km from the village is one of the biggest Thracian tombs and Byzantium fortress wall. The beach front is extremely clean and quiet. It has kept its virgin look unlike the overpopulated and overbuilt beaches of Sunny beach and Nessebar.
Apart from that Kavarna develops as a golf destination with 2 golf courses under go.
The property we offer is an old stone house just 800 meters from the beach. The total living area is 80 sq m and is distributed among 3 rooms and a kitchen. Electricity and water are available. The garden is 1000 sq m. This could turn into an amazing summer villa after some basic renovation.
