House In A Calm Village

If you have never been to the rural countryside of Elhovo you need to known that it is a charming quiet piece of Bulgaria where you could have full relaxation and recreation. The nature is unspoiled and the people are friendly! Good opportunities for hunting, riding, boating and fishing make this place even more attractive.
The house we suggest you is situated at the foot of the so called Monastery hills – a beautiful part of southeast Bulgaria less that half an hour driving from Elhovo. There are several lakes and great number of rivers there, woods and plains.
The village where the property lies is well organized. The house is two storey with six rooms and 120 sq m living area. Water and electricity are available and the toilet is outside. Next to the main building there is a second one but smaller. A farm building and a well goes in the garden of 2200 sq m.
The property is currently maintained but needs some repairs. If you don’t mind further investments you could make this property your new home or a cosy holiday cottage.
