This large rural house needs some investments to become fit to live in. It is situated in the attractive Smolyan region in the south Rhodopi Mountain some kilometers away from the famous ski resort of Pamporovo. The region is attractive for rest with excellent conditions for skiing, fishing, hiking and hunting.
The house is two storey made of stone and trimmer joists. It needs some repairs like plastering inside, rendering outside, changing the windows. The built up area is 69 sq m. Total living area is about 140 sq m divided into eight rooms. On each floor there are four rooms with bathroom and toilet. Running water and electricity are available as well as septic tank. The sewage is some 300 m away. The garden that goes with the house is 626 sq m. The property is easy accessible by car although there is no asphalt road reaching it. With some further investments it could be turned into a small family hotel as the village is very popular among tourists. It has several small hotels and ski slopes. Currently there is a new ski lift building that will connect the village and the peak of Snejanka /next to Pamporovo/. It looks an attractive place for investment.
