This is a property located in the East Rhodopi Mountain not far from the Greek border. It consists of two old stone rural houses - each one is two storey comprising 55 sq m living area. Each house has one room on the ground floor; external staircase leads to the upper floor with two more rooms connected with a small corridor. Both houses are small and need serious renovation to become livable. Water and electricity are currently not available but can be easily provided.
The buildings have south exposure and come with a huge garden of 4500 sq m. It is absolutely enough if you wish to build there a bigger house or houses, also swimming pool, garage, summer house and other structures. The property is located at the very end of the village and enjoys beautiful view, privacy and calmness.

The hamlet is nestled in the mountain in the area of Ivailovgrad close to the big dam lake of the same name. The district center is some 13 km far from the village and the lake is 15 km by car and 5 km walking. All necessary amenities are available in Ivailovgrad.
