The real estate market is growingly orienting toward building the so-called “closed type” complexes, namely such offering many amenities in one place. The trend is pervasive and is in place at the seaside, mountains and Sofia alike, Ivan Goranov, the co-manager of Home4You consultancy, said in an interview on October 12 with Focus news agency. Kremikovtzi Mill Sold To Zhevago In One Week? 18/03/2008
The Kremikovtzi deal will be finalized in one week, well-informed sources told the Standart. The Ukrainian Ambassador to Bulgaria, Viktor Kalnik, confirmed the news. Konstantin Zhevago will most probably buy Bulgaria's metallurgical giant mill in one week, Kalnik announced in Sandanski (South West Bulgaria) on Saturday. Alexander Tomov, second director of the mill told The Standart that the information is confidential, but news is expected. Several days earlier he announced that he would be glad if Zhevago heads both Kremikovtzi and FC CSKA. more
