This is a house in a small village near the town of Elhovo. The region is in the immediate proximity of the River Tundzha an hour away from the Black Sea.
The house has 140 sq.m. living area. There are three rooms on the first floor and two premises in the basement suitable for a wine-cellar or storage.
An external staircase with a small terrace leads to the first floor. This solid house is in a very good condition.
Running water and electricity are available. The toilet is outside and a bathroom needs to be built but you could use our local workers for all necessary repairs. A small premise suitable for a garage or a wood storage is attached to the main building.
In addition you will find some vines and a big walnut-tree in the huge 2000 sq.m yard. You could relax under the tree’s shade in the hot summer or even build a summer house!
