This house needs just a little refreshment to become a lovely holiday house. The property is situated in a beautiful and attractive for tourists area called the valley of Roses between the mountains of Stara Planina and Sredna Gora. This is an excellent fishing, hunting and hiking area rich in woods, rivers and lakes. Picturesque landscapes will leave you breathless. The property is situated in a small town in the area of Stara Zagora. The artificial lake of Zhrebchevo is in the immediate proximity of the village and it is an excellent place for fishing or picnic.
The property is not large but well maintained. There is a 620 sq m garden planted with vines and fruits. The house is built on 120 sq m surface. There are two floors (one is grounded) and three rooms at each floor. Running water and electricity are available but there is no bathroom and the toilet is outside. You could relocate the toilet inside the house and build a bathroom as well. Our local experienced workers will help you with all repairs necessary.
