Golf Course To Be Constructed In Bulgarias Dolna Banya 13/03/2008
Golf Club Ibar, an investor in the Golf Club Ibar complex in the Bulgarian town of Dolna Banya, has received a first class investment certificate for its second golf complex in the country. The Ibar 2 project would be worth 106.5 million leva and constitute part of a wider plan for the economic development of Dolna Banya municipality, investor.bg reported. Bulgaria Compiling Cadastral Maps That Will Aid Property Market 12/03/2008
The lack of cadastral maps was one of the Bulgarian property market’s main problems named by foreign investors, Bulgaria’s 24 Chassa daily said. The existence of complete and correct cadastral maps was an important factor in finalising secure property deals and attracting investors to the property sector, 24 Chassa said. The current process of updating the country’s cadastral maps began in 2000 and by now 33 per cent of Bulgaria’s territory had been covered in such maps.
