You couldn’t resist this lovely property sheltered in a beautiful mountain village some 25 km away from the spa resort of Banya. The village is situated in the central Sredna Gora Mountain about 35 km from the town of Karlovo.
The property is fully renovated and you could move in right away.
· First floor – spacious French kitchen (80 sq m) with two entrances and a twisted staircase leading to the second floor;
· Second floor – two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, terrace of 50 sq m
Another one room building of 30 sq m is attached to the maid edifice. The renovation of the house is finished with wooden and terracotta flooring and panelling. A local heating installation is made but a cauldron and radiators are necessary.
The house offers fascinating view over the village. The garden is 600 sq m.
The property is accessible through a gravel road but only 50 m away is the asphalt road. Solid stone fence and a typical wooden gate provide some privacy and peace.
Don’t hesitate but come and see this place personally!

The Independent: No Sign Of Property Blues In Booming Bulgaria - Focus Infomation 10/07/2008
London. Everybody knows that property prices in the UK are heading south and that the spectre of negative equity is once again raising its head. Not so in Bulgaria, apparently, the Independent writes. Last week, Bulgarian Property Developments was shouting from the Sredna Gora mountain tops after it managed to sell its logistics park in the Black Sea town of Varna for €15m (£11.9m), the valuation given to it by Colliers last Dec-ember. That is important, says its chief executive, Ivo Hesmondhalgh, not only because it helps bump up the group's cash position, but also because it goes some way to proving to investors that the group's net asset value is sound. more

No More 'sun, Sand And Cheap Beer' Fame For Bulgarian Tourism 21/04/2008
It must be worked very actively for escaping of the template for ‘sun, sand and cheap beer'. Bulgaria is much more from this. The state should find new marketing instruments for the country's imposing as serious tourism destination that offers big variety of experiences during the four seasons. This was shared by Brigite Chernota, former leader in the team for Bulgaria in the main direction Enlargement of the European Commission. Presently she is director of informational office in Brussels. Chernota also added that the problems of Bulgarian tourism are not product of insufficient investments but due to insufficient thinking. There must be placed indicative signs, free souvenirs for the guests, and ways of showing hospitality. more
